As the Founder and Director of SEPA Dental Group, he has grown the organization into one of the fastest-expanding dental networks in the region, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, culture, and system-driven growth.
As the Lead Implantologist of SEPA Dental Group, Dr. Allen is highly experienced in prosthetic-driven treatment planning, fully guided implant surgery, and immediate loading protocols. His clinical philosophy centers on transforming complex implant procedures into predictable, efficient, and reproducible workflows for modern practitioners.
Dr. Allen is an internationally active speaker, having delivered lectures and training programs in Vietnam and India, and was invited as a Lecturer at the Global College of Dental Implantologists Congress. He was also featured as a Keynote Speaker at the Malaysia International Implant & Digital Dentistry Symposium, sharing the stage with renowned experts from Korea, Switzerland, and Germany.
Beyond the international stage, Dr. Allen plays an active role in dental education. He has lectured at MAHSA University, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), and various private academies. He is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of dentists, equipping them with both clinical confidence and the mindset to grow in today’s competitive landscape.
